Profile pages broken?

Not sure whether this is a new problem or has existed for ages, what having only just registered here today, but when I try to visit any member profile (including my own) I get the following error:

MySQL has encountered an unknown error. To find out the exact problem, please set the DEBUG flag to true in header.php.

This seems to occur whether I am logged in or not.

Just a heads up.
